The Cyberathlete Extreme World Championships registration continues to out-pace all other previous events in CPL history. About 4,000 gamers have already registered from over 40 countries, and reserved rooms at record levels at four different hotels in Grapevine, Texas.
Also, the 35 exhibition booth area is sold-out. The exhibition area will be like nothing ever witnessed before at a LAN event, including large booths from Intel (100x100), Hitachi (60x60), NVIDIA (60x60), CompUSA (50x30) and BenQ (50x30).
The registration for the competitor and/or BYOC categories will close on the evening of Monday, May 31, 2004. Only 25 BYOC spots are left. All the official tournaments are sold-out, but Unreal Tournament 2004 (2 team spots left) and Painkiller (3 waiting list spots left).
The free exhibition passes, offered by Hitachi, will be available through June 30th.
