Avid Gamer have interviewed the Last Great War team leader Mith.

Audio Is your mod more comparable to, say, Battlefield 1942 or Day Of Defeat?

|LGW|Mith some may say we're a hybrid mix. We're going to have a bunch of our own unique elements. Hard to sum up in a few sentences, we'll be an infantry-based realism TC with vehicles as support and transportation. No player aircraft are planned, and some things we have the others dont off the top of my head is iron sites, muzzle velocity, and a new twist on stamina/health.

The first Half-Life 2 video to be released on Steam is now available.

It is part of the 22 min E3 video that has the G-man in it but it is higher quality.

So if you have Steam I recommend getting this video just to look at it in all its glory.

STATSmeow 1.1b has been released

Heres what it is and what it does

"STATSmeow is a little program that collects your stats as you play DoD. Its almost like Statsme except that it's all stored on your computer so you don't have to go onto a server/website to view your stats. It works on all servers and doesn't effect your ping/fps at all.

You can have multiple player profiles, and can view your overall stats without connecting to the internet. STATSmeow is very accurate and can display the stats from all your games combined and also from separate games you recently played. STATSmeow uses legal commands that are approved by all gaming leagues. It is NOT detected by VAC, Cheating Death, WWCL, or any other client/server side plug ins. "

Changelog:

- Added FG42 (scoped and bipod) Stats
- Added 'Lines Chatted' Stats
- New Launcher program automatically saves stats for you -(No more pushing F12 !!!!)
- The symbols < > " ? | : / \\ * are now accepted in names
- Made GUI more convenient
- Fixed the .30 Cal & Bren bug

and you can grab it from here
