Everything's go at PHB since our Art Lead Kai went public with his work. The brainstorming team have been working hard on an intelligent storyline whilst the art and modelling departments just keep coming up with the goods! The art department have been busy designing the next generation of player HUDs, the design is looking very exciting, bearing a little resemblance to an aircraft HUD for players navigation in our zero-gravity space environments!
BlackKnight our code guru has started up the coding department at last and already we have a fully functioning weapon that will blow everyone away. He's looking for experienced c++ coders to join his team, emails to join@hull-breach.com
We are also looking for dedicated animators and skinners as well as a talented PHP programmer.

The website will be undergoing a major overhaul to reflect the change in direction the mod is taking and you may find the site inaccessible at some point during the next couple of weeks. The forums will remain active as always.
Our new modeller Talon is proud to show you all the up and coming compact folding stock SMG!

We all remember the good ol' Clanbase Eurocup where the finest teams in Europe played their way into the glory which they received by winning this. Well as almost all of the top teams quited Eurocup (for known reasons I might add) in Europe there were no big competitions for clans except the LAN leagues as The CPL, Clickarena, ESWC and so on. After some time, the well known German e.sports league, the European Sports League has announced their ESL CSCL - Counterstrike Champions League. Some of you might ask, why are they making a new league while they have The Counterstrike Challenge?! The CSC exist from januarya this year, and they are heading for a 3rd season, the finals of the 2nd season will be played on June 2nd, between Ocrana.ATI and z0lad. As the officials say, their aim is to bring the best of the best each season, something like the football Champions League, and get big money, big events and so on with the word "Big". We can just hope that the former glory of CS will return with some of the next events, hopefully the "old" CS will last untill the 2.0 version comes out.

The Statement:

Along side the W3CL and UTCL leagues we are happy to announce the third ESL Champions League, the ESL CSCL. We trust in the success of our previous leagues, but look forward to a partnership with the former "CounterStrike Challenge (CSC)", which was previously hosted by clanbase.
The Counter Strike challenge will be concluding on Wednesday the 2nd of June 2004 with the finals between OCRANA.ATI and z0lad, it was initially founded back in January of this year with the aim of introducing a successor to the former Eurocup. The main idea of this event was to establish a pan-European Tournament mainly played on the Internet excluding the large hi-profile LAN Events.

A Great interest and a large demand for a pan-European league became apparent when a large number of European teams registered for the competition, many of those being large well-known and successful teams.

The new Season being hosted by ESL will still be managed by Proca and Nils and will begin at the start of July. The official IRC Channel for the ESL CounterStrike Championsleague is #esl.cscl (Quakenet). Details regarding contestants and procedures involved will be announced within the forthcoming weeks.

As promised, we have a Linux version of the updated Metamod file here.

Cale is also working hard on another update, which will address more abnormal weapon behaviour and crashes. It's in testing at the moment, so it shouldn't be too long before it's available.

We've just moved to a new server, and our website has been having problems. Our old database was just imported, and some issues popped up, so the forum is offline until we fix it. Sorry for the delays, things haven't been going so great lately. The svencoop manual is also missing in action, due to a server mishap. We'll get things back in order soon.

Notice: The forum is now online.

We just wanted to say thanx to everyone for the great feedback we've received regarding the game =o) .. We never expected the game to be this successfull.

We've started work on a small update consisting mainly of bugfixes. I am also trying to improove the performance as much as possible. So another thank you to everyone that posted bugs. They helped us a lot.
We aren't going to add any new features, although we might make a second BonusGame .. but that's no promise .. if we have a good idea that isn't too complicated we will put it in (please no mails with game ideas .. if you want to suggest something you can do so on the board).

As HLGuard has recently released functionality to hook in to the UABL (UnitedAdmins BlackList), the guys at Steambans.com made an offer we couldn't refuse. With their established demo reviewing and admin education techniques and our wide coverage of servers with HLGuard, a partnership between the two groups can benefit the whole community.
UnitedAdmins will now forward ban review requests to Steambans as well as admin education requests. Technical discussions are currently happening in terms of how the two blacklists will actually combine. Expect more news on this front soon.

The Translation team are up and running again and have recently finished no less than 14 translations of the WINHLDS, MetaMod, StatsMe, and HLStats docs.
So basically, if you don't understand what I'm saying right now check out the UA docs page as there's a good chance you'll understand something there!
This is also a good opportunity to remind everyone out there that UnitedAdmins is not just about our own products. As you can see we have documentation about general server topics as well. Currently it only includes the HLDS and metamod, but the reference base is always growing, and it is our hope that we can provide useful and informative documentation to server admins worldwide.
