You can download the version 1.1 of HL2DM Pro by using the link on the right side of this page. There are 5 packages : win32 packages exist in either zip files or auto installer files.

We advise all server administrators to upgrade to this latest version and mention the version of the server in the name.

The changelogs has been updated to reflect the changes : check the "Features" page. This version has mainly focused on fixing some bugs and providing a full administration GUI.

Also, we would like to thank 2h2k-Dealer for his great remake of the stalkx map named dm_stalkx2 that we have added to the installation packages. This map with wide area does fit really well with our Promod gameplay. Thanks a lot for the great work mate.
What's next
Next versions will provide a tweaked bunny, the tau canon aka gauss, and will enable the long jump features.
Stay tuned and have fun

Lock and load! This is not a drill: It's time for a C4 Commando update.

General Mod News:
First of all, the mod's name has been changed to C4 Commando, with revised logo. Another design change is that now you will be able to fly various fighters, including the F-18 Hornet and YF-22 Lightning II due to the addition of the Airfield.

Other good news are that we have a functional private alpha test version of the mod released to selected members of the C4 team.

The Image Gallery has been opened for your viewing pleasure.

Hello again zombies!

Go forth in your hordes and let people know we are in need of a character modeller/animator to help speed up our development.

Some one with experience in this field is preferred and will be required to fit in with the quality of work being produced for the mod, by our other dev members. If you know any character modellers and animators, please feel free to refer them to us. We are trying to make the best possible mod for you guys, and we need an experienced character technician to ensure we deliver.

Please pm or e-mail Wilko at wilko@hl2holdout.com with any offers.

Spread the word!

I think it's time for another media update! Yep, I think you agree with me, so here it is. Below is a skinned render of the USP (It's called USP Slayer, our own variation of HK USP handgun), renders of the UV-grenade, renders of the Sawed-Off shotgun and the concept and model for our vampire's claw weapon (Click each thumbnail to enlarge):

We've also recently released some shots of Smeg's map based on the Slayer HQ building in the ABIT Gamer interview, so here are a couple of new shots of the map showing the HQ building (yes, vampires can run around the roofs):

That's it for now folks. In other news may I say a warm welcome to Liquid, our new mapper and also to Kinky, who's started modelling the vampire player model, which we'll hopefully show off very soon. Also welcome to Innes, who will be modelling props for the mod. We're currently in need of more modellers to help in the media department, so if you've got what it takes please send an e-mail to jobs@bloodthirst.org or post an application in the forum.

Source: No More Room in Hell
Well it's July 2nd, and while not a special day for many, it is a special day for the team as this day marks the 2-year anniversary of "No More Room in Hell". While we have not shown our progress to the public of late, work continues behind the scenes. We've been hard at work in various aspects of the mod, from coding to mapping to modeling, and while not all of this work is in a presentable state at this time we do have some models that we would like to share with you. With the exception of the "Police Barricade", which was the talented work of Morgan, the following models were all made and skinned by none other than wRy:

Also, we would like to take a moment to present one of our new weapon models. Short and deadly (or deadlier, with animated razor-sharp metal teeth when in-game), here is the chainsaw as modeled and skinned by Maxx:

You can expect to see even more models in the near future, as our Modeling department has been hard at work over the past few months completing models. One of our top modelers, Sonk, has opted not to show his work as GI renders (grey skin), but would rather wait until his models are skinned before having them showcased. As such, for all the models you see here today there are still many more to see in the days and weeks ahead.

It's been a while since a media update, so we thought it was time to post some pictures of some of the map updates we've got in store for Beta 1.5.

Source: eXterminate
The third eXterminate beta has now been released.
It's not a very huge release, but contains some important changes.

Changes, additions & fixes:

The "too many npc's" problem:

- Updated the zombie map to prevent the player from
walking in the shadows (where the zombies spawn)
- Zombie movement speed, attack speed & damage is now
increased for each map level
- Maximum live npc's allowed is now set to 80

Other:

- Hopefully fixed the "ai disabled" issue in the
zombie map
- Removed reload time for the Auto-Shotgun
- Added magnet to crowbar to make the crowbar come
back to you when thrown away
- Weapon added: Bouncing Ball

Unfortunately no new maps have been added in this release.
The next release will contain a major updated version of the antlion map, and hopefully an additional one.

Thanks for all response!

Next week we're we're planning on releasing the remade version of cs_assault to Counter-Strike: Source owners. If you don't currently own CS: Source, you can purchase it through Steam via any of the Half-Life 2 packages. Along with the release of cs_assault, we'll be including a rebuilt version of the existing Terrorist model. Over the next few months we'll be expanding the model selections for both teams.

If you're a MOD developer, or just someone who likes to keep an eye on the MOD community, head on over to the Valve Developer Community that we launched earlier this week. The site is based around a Wiki, which is a webpage that allows the community to contribute to the site directly.

modDB.com: What's next for you guys? Will you guys still work on mods or is the plate full to work on PC Games and Consoles?

We are all on the hunt for jobs. A few have already landed positions, and most of us are interviewing for others. Regardless of that, we all love making games and would do it for free, so it’s very possible that you’ll see projects in the future with our names on them. We want to thank the Half-Life 2 community for giving us such a warm welcome; to see such glowing feedback from so many people makes us very proud for having worked so hard on Eclipse. We hope you enjoy it! We also can’t wait to see some more HL2 mods in the near future! And if you have any questions regarding the game, the Guildhall, or mapping in Source, please feel free to drop by our forum on www.eclipsegame.com.
