HL2Zone is reopening its doors to the public.

Here's what Nukem had to say about it

The new site, called “Version 2” is now fully user integrated so registered users can post News, Articles, Tutorials and much much more.

Hosting is also a possibility in the near future; all depends on the host at the moment.

Also the site has many new features and a complete new design, so it’s more a less a clean start!

Today, High Octane has updated their site.

This is the Evo 6 which is what Death Octimus has been working on for a few days now, its really turning out to look good. Just keep in mind that this will not have any aftermarket parts on it, because, you will have to buy them.

The Monkey Strike Team have released version 1.2.

Change Log:

-fixed two more crashes in dedicated server code, one related to minimonkeys leap attack (after the player died and lost weapons we were accessing their active weapon), and one related to skunk farts doing damage after the skunk dies.
- fixed resetting scores in fs gameplay, the score would reset when a new player connected to the server because of where some code was located, moved to CHalflifeTeamPlay constructor, the proper spot for it.
- removed the model command.
- changes to fs gameplay: players now get 100 points per capture, team gets one point, this increases the reward for working towards the team goal of capturing fruits (new CVAR: mp_fruitbonus).
- first team to capture (CVAR: mp_fruitlimit) fruits wins, this now works correctly, and is also updated when the captures happen, this will switch the map.

Valve have reported that the anti-aliasing bug for NvidIa cards has been fixed. This is a major relief for all the GeForce owners.
