That's it! Here it comes! We've finally picked it, and it's definitely not the smallest model.
Here is the first official Gov unit concept art chosen by the team.

Several changes have been made to the website. A great cyborg drawing by Patmos has been used for the menu, and the media and team sections have been redone. With an 18 member team, some may ask why we don't have a large list of weapons already rendered. On the other hand you could ask, with 5 years and millions of dollars, why doesn't valve have hl2 done? Because, their worth the wait. However significant progress is being made, so you can expect several completed models within a month or so. For now you'll have to be satisfied with more beutiful concept art, by both Patmos and Alti. Quakeulf deserves a break.

The Stargate SGC mod, has another splendid model for you, the first ship/vehicle model. This is known as the X303 Prometheus. This is the first draft of the model, but the team has been asked time and time again about it, so they just wanted to give you all a little taste of what is in store for you. Also as you can see, they enclosed what the real X303 looks like. Don’t forget to go to their forums to tell them what you think.

Gamespot is reporting that the XBOX version of Counter-Strike has gone gold and will be released on Novenber 18th the same day as Condition Zero.

They also have a updated preview of the game.

Here's a snippet

The game will offer four gameplay modes: training, single-player, Xbox Live, and system link. Training mode features tutorials on the hostage-rescue and demolition game types. Single-player mode offers four different difficulty levels--beginner, standard, professional, and expert--as well as a custom game option. The custom game option lets you choose the number of bots (you can select up to 11), adjust their skill level, assign their team, and set match difficulty. The Xbox Live and system link modes will let you set up online or LAN matches.
