The fourth ninja turtle, Donatello, has been posed, rendered, and saved in different sizes for you all to enjoy. In case you haven't been following, the others are also listed.

Before we go in-depth with the gnarly green dudes, though, here's some overall updates.

Hellhound and Optional are hard at work with the maps. Currently, 2 maps are in progress, one from each mapper.

WE NEED TEXTURE ARTISTS!

Maps won't be maps without textures. We are limping along texture-wise, but a dedicated texture artist would be fantastic. PM one of the TMNTO team members through the forums and they will share your application with us all. Make sure to give samples and such. We do not tolerate ripping. Please do not rip, as not only will we deny your application, but we will also punish you through the forums depending on the intensity of your ripping. Aside from that, we will also all hate you.

If you have coding and programming talent and wish to join the team, please contact one of us. PM us or join our IRC channel, we are in need of programmers. The sooner the mod is up and running, the better.

And now, for the moment we've all been waiting for, the wallpapers!

Just a quick piece of news today, to show you several brand new character renders (some of them are actually in-game) and inform you that the french gaming webzine Gamekult has just published our third worklog update (french only, obviously). Last but not least, be informed that our public forum is now opened!

Yeah. YOU! Anyway, I have some bad news Trigun fans. Our current coder seems to be MIA, and until I either run into grenadia and pull him out or find another coder - we're basically back to idling around twiddling our thumbs.

Basically: we need a new coder. If you'd like to lend your skills, email me.
(And yes - this means we may or may not release the mod this month depending on our coding status)

Now visitors to the site can view the FLF manual and FAQs via the site's homepage. It is important to note that the manual was actually written for the upcoming version 2.0, but is still applicable to version 1.8b as there are many of the same features and structure.

I would like to start off by thanking everyone for helping rebuild our forums. Naturally, we are not back to where we were, but things are definitely getting back on track.

There were three new additions to our team this week.

1) Amp: Mappers are always important to any mod. As a result, I am very happy to introduce to you our newest one. His past work is very good and we can’t wait to see his contributions to Black Dragon.

2) Gjorm: Gjorm will be creating some of the excellent map textures and model skins you all will see throughout Black Dragon. Some of his work is currently posted in the public forums.

3) Crimson Beast: This individual’s eye for detail is amazing. He, as a concept artist, will be instrumental in making the Black Dragon characters come to life.

There have been a number of things happening “behind closed doors.” Fruits of these labors will be popping up all throughout the upcoming week, not just on Friday. As a result, I suggest that everyone checks back a couple of times throughout this week. You never know what you may run into.

That is all I am prepared to say for now. I will see you all next week.

UPDATE: The local county authorities are making us evacuate the studios in Florida where we're broadcasting this week. As a result, the show tonight will be cancelled due to Hurricane Charley. Winds right now are about 140mph as the storm is hitting land. We are not leaving Florida though, we're going to wait it out and hope to have some video for you guys to see tomorrow.

We are broadcasting live from Florida this week, this was scheduled prior to any hurricane. We are bracing as hurricane Charley is getting closer. However, the broadcast facilities where we are tonight does have a backup generator. The Half-Life Radio show starts at 8pm EST / 1am GMT. Many guests tonight.
