SourceMod 1.2.3 is now available. This is a bug fix release primarily to provide parity with TF2/DOD:S after recent updates. There have also been a number of gamedata updates for 3rd party games, thanks to psychonic.

You can get SourceMod at the downloads page.
You can also get the release notes and upgrade instructions.

Please go here to report bugs.

NOTE: There was a regression in the original 1.2.2 release. Thanks to Fyren for fixing the bug and getting a fast 1.2.3 turnaround.

So I accidently deleted my OS raid 5's array info off my computer (Don't ask). But I was able to at least find a way to recover it completely. (just cost me $180)

So with that said, I will not be posting any news for a few days. Don't fret however, I will make up for the postings in a few days :)

Well it looks like IGN (owners of sites such as planethalflife.com) are shutting down their free hosting on August 31st. This sucks for the HL/HL2 community as there are sites on there since I can remember. Planet fortress for example has JMC's TF Mapzone, a now archive of great TFC maps (basically every single TFC map known to man). That list will cease to exist. I have saved a few sites from obliteration so far (those sites will be showing up here soon).

As always, I still offer free hosting for all those who need it. And for the next few days I will even help you move your entire site to HLGaming.com for free as well. That includes moving the web content and databases. (Once the 31st deadline has past, you may not have access to your files or databases so act fast. )

Half-Life Gaming.com offers the following services:
  • Ad-free websites (In most cases).

  • Unlimited Resources (within reason).

  • E-Mail Services

  • Custom Error Documents

  • Domain or Sub domain Hosting

  • CGI, PERL, PHP & SQL

  • News/Event Coverage

  • FTP Service

  • Tech Support, by IRC or Email.

  • Access to the edgewebmaster system

Head over to the hosting page for more information.

Valve today announced that Left 4 Dead 2 (L4D2) will be shown and playable during the upcoming Penny Arcade Expo (PAX), held September fourth thru sixth in Seattle, Washington.

After debuting "The Parish" campaign (set in the New Orleans' French Quarter) at E3, and "Swamp Fever" at Comic Con San Diego, the PAX showing will unveil "Dark Carnival", the third of the five campaigns shipping with L4D2 this fall. The game will be playable in Microsoft's Xbox 360 booth as well as in Valve's L4D2 booth. Different areas of the game will be shown in each location.

In addition to the new campaign, Valve is also planning to unveil a few more of the 20-plus new items coming this November when the title launches worldwide on the Xbox 360 and PC. For more information, please visit www.l4d.com

Hello everybody! So sun, sea and sand ...it all has come to an end! During this time you have been cheering for news and we actually have some progress to show despite this slack period. Wasting no time, here is a little video of the Jurassic Park Online System coded by HENNEQUIN Thibault and designed/coded by 'zemk':

You will naturally, during the phases of the game, be able to access these consoles to interact with them to view various types of information.
Make room for work crated by BOISSENIN Regis. The basis of what is a FPS, the player's hands:

Hands only? No, this is what will fill them! First in order, the medusa, personal weapon of Robert Muldoon. And the SPAS12 a weapon ordered in substantial numbers by INGEN© to secure the park.

A new dinosaur joins the park, I present the Triceratops created by BOISSENIN Regis in an unskinned version for the moment:

Jungle is a prominent part of the game and look, here we add a new tree model, a banana tree created by OLENDER Robert:

That's all for the moment! About the maps, to keep the surprise of the story, no more visual will be revealed.
I remind you that we always look for different people who can help the staff:

  • 1 Programmer for IA and others stuff.

  • 1 Compiler who can prepare .qc files with animations and compile them.

  • 1 Modeler/Skinner for humans, weapons, props.

  • 1-2 persons that can record dialogues for Hammond, Arnold and more.

For contact, visit the recruit section in our forum, and if you want to help us find them tell them about us or link to the digital flyer below. Thanks!
